Why I built this
Study-abroad consultancies in Pakistan are everywhere, but their websites usually look like they were built in 2012 — cluttered, slow, and impossible to navigate on mobile. Unitrix needed a refresh that matched the level of professionalism the service was actually offering. The goal was a clean, conversion-focused site that could compete with international consultancies visually.
How it works
The site is a React + TypeScript SPA scaffolded and accelerated through Lovable, which handles the boilerplate and component structure. I then customised every section — hero, services, testimonials, contact forms — to match the brand. Tailwind CSS keeps the styling consistent and responsive across devices. The final build is deployed on Vercel with instant preview URLs for every branch, which made client feedback rounds much faster.
Key decisions

Design choices

Using Lovable to accelerate scaffolding

Rather than starting from a blank Vite app, I used Lovable to generate the initial component structure and then rewrote and extended everything to match the client's brand. It cut setup time significantly and kept the code clean.

Mobile-first design

Most Pakistani users browse on mobile. I designed every section mobile-first and then expanded to desktop, rather than the reverse. This meant the core experience was always solid before being adapted for larger screens.

Challenges

Problems solved

Balancing client feedback with design integrity

Clients often want to add more content to every section. Keeping the site clean while still incorporating their feedback required learning to push back diplomatically and explain design decisions in plain language.

What I learned
This project sharpened my ability to move quickly on client work without cutting corners on quality. Lovable is a powerful accelerator but still requires real frontend skill to produce something that doesn't look AI-generated. I also learned how to structure client feedback rounds so revisions don't spiral into endless loops.
